Mr. N.D. Chullai, learned AAG today has produced a document, wherein it is seen that certain persons in connection with the FIR filed by the petitioner, have been charge-sheeted. 2. This Court also notes that though the allegations have been made against the respondent No. 5, who has chosen not to appear before this Court for reasons best known, his name does not appear in the charge-sheet. 3. Though the prayer of the writ petitioner has been met, at this stage this Court closes this writ petition, however with the caveat that rule of law should prevail and continued investigation, and necessary action should be taken against all persons named in the said FIR. 4.
