Heard Mr. Suraj Kumar Singh, the learned counsel for petitioners and the learned Additional Government Advocate, representing State respondents 1 and 2. 2. Perused the record. 3. Challenge in this writ petition is to the First Information Report dated 18.09.2025, lodged by first informant- respondent 3 and registered as Case Crime No. 0205 of 2025, under Section 108 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, Police Station - Karimuddinpur, District – Ghazipur. 4. After perusing the First Information Report, we find that petitioners have been implicated in the crime in question, which is an offence punishable under Section 108 of BNS. Simply, on the basis of the First Information Report, this Court cannot return a finding that petitioners have neither abetted, conspired or instigated in the commission of crime in question. 5. In view of above, we decline to interfere with the impugned First Information Report. 6. This writ petition is, accordingly, dismissed. October 9, 2025 Prashant D.
