Hakim Singh and others), arising out of Case Crime No.111 of 2023, under Sections 354, 376, 120-B of IPC and Section 3/4 of POCSO Act, 2012, P.S. Madrak, District Aligarh, as well as cognizance/summoning order dated 09.08.2023, pending in the Court of Special Judge (POCSO Act) / Additional Session Judge, Aligarh. After some arguments, learned counsel for the applicants does not want to press the present application. In view of above, the present application u/s 482 Cr.P.C. is dismissed as not pressed with liberty to file appropriate application/ bail application / proceedings before the court of competent jurisdiction. Certified copies of the relevant documents be returned to learned counsel for the applicants after retaining a photocopy of the same.
