HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE AT ALLAHABAD WRIT - C No. - 35393 of 2025 Court No. - 6 HON'BLE DR. YOGENDRA KUMAR SRIVASTAVA, J. Heard Sri Birendra Pandey, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Abhishek Shukla, learned Standing Counsel appearing for the State respondents and Sri Bhupendra Kumar Tripathi, learned counsel representing the respondent-Gram Sabha. The present petition has been filed seeking to raise a grievance with regard to alleged illegal encroachments by certain private persons over land stated to be recorded as a 'village chak marg', in the revenue records. It is not disputed that for redressal of the aforestated grievance, there is a complete procedure prescribed under the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006. In view of the aforesaid facts, this Court is not inclined to entertain the writ petition. The petition is disposed of leaving it open to the petitioner to take recourse to the appropriate statutory legal remedy. October 9, 2025 Arun K.
