This appeal has been filed by the appellant/husband, challenging the dismissal of the petition of divorce under Section 13 (1) (ia) and (ib) of Hindu Marriage Act, 1955 in H.M.O.P.No.28 of 2005, by Order dated 27.02.2009, passed by the learned Senior Civil Judge, Kovur.
2. No representation from either side.
3. The Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is dismissed for non-prosecution. No
order as to costs.
Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed in consequence.
