The petitioner has preferred present writ petition inter-alia with the following prayers :- "a). Issue a writ, order or direction in nature of certiorari quashing the impugned order dated 29.09.2023 passed by District Basic Education officer, Prayagraj [Annexure No.1 to this writ petition] (b). Issue a writ, order or direction in nature of mandamus commanding the respondents to District Basic Education officer, Prayagraj and Finance and Account officer, office of District Basic Education officer, Prayagraj to make re-fixation of salary to the post in question as amended from time to time in accordance with law." 3. It is informed by counsel for the petitioner that after filing of the present writ petition papers and documents were sought for by the authorities concerned from the petitioner and petitioner is ready and willing to provide necessary information as has been sought for by the authorities. 4. In this view of the matter, present writ petition is disposed of permitting the petitioner to submit papers and documents as sought for by the authorities. If such informations were provided by the petitioner along-with relevant papers and documents as has been sought for by the authorities, the concerned authorities are directed to pass appropriate orders expeditiously strictly in accordance with law.
