The instant application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed seeking quashing of the charge sheet dated 28.06.2025 and summoning order dated 14.07.2025 as well as the entire proceeding of Case No. 10128/9 of 2025 (State vs. Vinit Chaudhary), arising out of Case Crime No. 405 of 2025, under Sections 85, 115(2), 351(2) B.N.S. and Section 3/4 Dowry Prohibition Act, P.S. Civil Line, District Moradabad, pending in the court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Moradabad. 3. At the outset, learned counsel for the applicant seeks to withdraw the instant applicatioin as there are some defects in the instant application with liberty to file a fresh application. 4. Accordingly, the instant application is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file a fresh application. 5.
