The petitioners have filed the instant petition to seek protection from the police as they solemnized their marriage without the consent of their parents. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioners states that the petitioners are living as husband and wife and there is no apprehension of threat to their life and the father of the petitioner no.1 has no objection to the said marriage. 4. In view of the statement of the learned counsel for the petitioner, the writ petition is disposed of.
