The present petition has been filed seeking to assail the order dated 28.8.2025, passed by the respondent No. 2, the Commissioner, Basti Division, Basti, in Case No. 892 of 2025 (Computerized Case No. C202517000000892), [Rahmatullah and Others Vs. Mohd. Yakub and Others], under Section 210 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006, arising out of proceedings under Section 34 of the U.P. Land Revenue Act. The revision is stated to have been filed by the private respondents. Upon being pointed out by the counsel for the State respondents and the counsel appearing for the private respondent no.5 that the aforesaid order would be subject to a further statutory legal remedy, counsel for the petitioners seeks withdrawal of the writ petition and states that the petitioners would avail the appropriate statutory legal remedy.
