HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE AT ALLAHABAD WRIT - A No. - 15158 of 2025 Court No. - 34 HON'BLE VIKAS BUDHWAR, J. 1. Heard Shri Surendra Nath Tripathi, learned counsel for the writ petitioner and Shri R.S. Umrao, learned Standing Counsel for the State. 2. The case of the writ petitioner is that she is an SC/ST candidate, who was appointed as a part-time sweeper in the office of the Assistant Labour Commissioner, Rampur on 09.03.2018. However, now by virtue of order dated 10.07.2025 passed by the Deputy Labour Commissioner, Moradabad Area, Moradabad, the engagement of the writ petitioner has been put to naught. The submission of the learned counsel for the writ petitioner is that the writ petitioner has not been put to any notice and the order is stigmatic. According to the writ petitioner, the writ petitioner has preferred representation and the same may be directed to be decided. 3. Learned Standing Counsel, on the other hand, submits that the writ petitioner does not have any legal right, however, she may prefer a representation before the respondents. 4. Considering the submissions so made across the Bar, this writ petition stands disposed of requiring the writ petitioner to submit a comprehensive representation alongwith certified copy of this order before the second respondent, Deputy Labour Versus Counsel for Petitioner(s) : Surendra Nath Tripathi Counsel for Respondent(s) : C.S.C. Smt. Sheela .....Petitioner(s) State Of U.P.
