(RCR) No.11/2025 from the Court of the Family Judge, Sonamura, Sepahijala District to the Court of the Family Judge, Family Court, Udaipur, Gomati District, Tripura. 2. Notice in this petition has been served on the respondent but he is not appeared either in person or through counsel. 3. The petitioner contends that she has no source of income and is fully dependent on her father, and she is unable to incur the expenditure for travelling from Udaipur, Gomati District to Sonamura, Sepahijal District to contest the above case, as the distance is about 120 km and there is a minor child to be taken care of as well. 4. Since these contentions are not refuted by the respondent, they are accepted and this instant petition is allowed. 5. Accordingly, T.S. (RCR) No.11/2025 pending on the file of the Court of the Family Judge, Sonamura, Sepahijala District is transferred to the Court of the Family Judge, Family Court, Udaipur, Gomati District, Tripura. 6.
