Heard learned Counsel for the applicants and learned A.G.A for the State. 2. This application has been filed by the applicants for quashing 3. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that by means of the impugned order the maintenance of Rs.8,000/- per month has been directed to be paid to the opposite party no.2. The applicant is not in a position to pay the aforesaid amount and the applicant has paid the school fees of the son in the year 2024 and 2025. He submits that the matter may be sent to the Mediation Centre of this Court. 4. An offer was given by the Court to the learned counsel for the applicant to deposit the outstanding amount of Rs.2,32,000/- as directed by order dated 17.5.2023 before this Court. However, learned counsel for the applicant has not accepted the offer. 5. Learned counsel for the applicant could not point out any error or illegality in the impugned order. 6.
