Challenge in this petition is the order dated 30.09.2020 passed by the respondent No.3 whereby recovery order was issued against the petitioner for an amount of Rs.58,563/-. The said recovery order was passed against the salary paid to the petitioner towards unauthorized leave in an anticipation that he will file leave application and that will be considered against the leave, however the petitioner fails to move his leave application. 2. During pendency of writ petition, the parties have entered into compromise in the condition that if the petitioner would submit his application for Digitally signed by INDRAJEET SAHU Date: 2025.05.15 14:21:27 +0530 2 regularization of his leave, the same will be considered by the department in accordance with law. 3.
