On perusal of the said report dated 19th May, 2025 it appears that fixation of pay of the petitioner under ROPA 2019 has been vetted by the Deputy Director of Accounts, Purba Bardhaman on 23rd April, 2025. Thereafter District Inspector of Schools (SE) Purba Bardhaman requested the authority of Dhatrigram Balika Vidyalaya to submit original service book of the petitioner for counter signature. 2 It is submitted by the learned advocate representing Dhatrigram Balika Vidyalaya that till date updated service book has not been submitted before the District Inspector of Schools (SE) Purba Bardhaman. In addition thereto, provident fund statement signed by the head of the institution on 13th April, 2025 is placed before this Court and same is taken on record. Since pay fixation of the petitioner under ROPA 2019 has been vetted by the concerned State authority, authority of Dhatrigram Balika Vidyalaya is directed to forward updated service book and updated provident fund statement to the District Inspector of Schools (SE) Purba Bardhaman by 7 (seven) days from the date of communication of this order. On receipt of service book and provident fund statement District Inspector of Schools (SE) Purba Bardhaman shall countersign the service book and forward the same to the District Inspector of Schools (SE) Nadia by fortnight thereafter. On receipt of service book if petitioner finds that leave availed of by her is not sanctioned by the authority of Dhatrigram Balika Vidyalaya (HS), petitioner shall be at leave to take steps in accordance with law. Writ petition stands disposed of. 3 Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties on usual undertaking. (Saugata Bhattacharyya, J.)
