PATIL ORAL ORDER (PER: HON'BLE MR JUSTICE VIJAYKUMAR A. PATIL) Sri.Huleppa Heroor, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is an error apparent on the record in the impugned order dated 04.03.2025 passed by this Court in W.A.No.200116/2023. It is submitted that this Court has recorded the finding that the appellant has filed objections with regard to the residential certificate of the review petitioner. However, no such objections were filed. 2. We have heard the arguments and perused the material available on record. We do not find any error apparent on the face of record to call for interference in this petition. - 3 - NC: 2025:KHC-K:2562-DB RP No. 200015 of 2025 3. Insofar as the contention that the appellant has not filed any objections to the residential certificate of the review petitioner, definitely the authority will look into the same and if no such objections, they will take appropriate action as directed by this Court. Accordingly, review petition is disposed of. Sd/- (K NATARAJAN) JUDGE Sd/- (VIJAYKUMAR A. PATIL) JUDGE MSR List No.: 1 Sl No.: 25 CT: PS
