It is pointed out that in compliance of order dated 23.09.2022 passed in Writ-C No.26860 of 2022 by the petitioners, the District Magistrate has taken decision on 16.01.2025 in relation to the claim of the petitioners for payment of compensation and he has rejected the claim. 3. Shri Ashish Kumar Singh, learned counsel for the petitioners prays for withdrawal of the instant petition with liberty to the petitioners to challenge the order dated 16.01.2025 passed by District Magistrate, Prayagraj. 4.
