The present contempt application has been filed pleading willful disobedience of the order dated 05.08.2024 passed by this Court in Writ-A No. 73 of 2022. Srivastava, Advocate, on behalf of the opposite parties stating that the case of the deceased Janardan Prasad has been decided by the Executive Engineer vide his order dated 7.3.2025. The said fact is also accepted by the counsel for the applicant. As the order passed by the writ Court has been complied by the opposite party, no further orders are required to be passed. The contempt application is disposed of. Notices are discharged. Let the file be consigned to record.
