Revenue Code, 2006, which has not been decided till date. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that grievance of the petitioner would be sufficiently met in case opposite party no.2 considers and decides the aforesaid case in a time bound manner. 4. Looking into the facts and circumstances of the case, without entering into the merits of the case, opposite party no.2-Naib Tehsildar, Tehsil Sadar (Garha), Ballia, District Ballia, is directed to proceed with Mutation Case no.11556 of 2024 (Computerized Case no.T-202415090311556), "Santosh Upadhyay vs. Satya Narain Upadhyay" filed under Section 36(1) of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 and decide the same in accordance with law, by a reasoned and speaking order, as expeditiously as possible, say within a period of 90 days from the date, a certified copy of this order is placed before him, after hearing all the parties concerned. 5.
