The petitioner has filed the present writ petition with the following prayers: "i. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus direct the District Basic Shiksha Adhikari, District Rampur (respondent no.2) to release the half payment of the salary of the month of November & December 2024 which was stopped during the suspension period in pursuance of order dated 05.12.2024 passed by this Hon'ble court in writ petition no. 17945/2024 (Smt. Urmila Sagar Vs. State of U.P. & 2 Others). (ii) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus direct the respondent no.2 to decide the representations dated 21.01.2025, 19.07.2025 and 11.09.2025 move by the petitioner, pending before him, within the time stipulated by this Hon'ble court." 3. The petitioner has earlier filed a writ petition, i.e., Writ-A No. 17945 of 2024, and this hon'ble Court vide order dated 05.12.2024, stayed the effect and operation of the impugned suspension order dated 04.11.2024. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the aforesaid order has not been complied with by the concerned authorities. 5. It appears that rather than filing a contempt petition for non-compliance Versus Counsel for Petitioner(s) : Darwari Lal Counsel for Respondent(s) : C.S.C. Smt Urmila Sagar .....Petitioner(s) State Of U.P. And 2 Others .....Respondent(s) of the order dated 05.12.2024 passed by the writ court, the petitioner wants to execute the order by filing the present writ petition. However, there is a remedy available to the petitioner for execution of the order dated 05.12.2024 before the contempt Court under the law of contempt, with the limitation as provided under the Act. 6. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed on the ground of alternative remedy. 7. Petitioner is directed to take recourse to the appropriate forum as so advised.
