Learned counsel for the petitioner is permitted to implead "Joint Director, Treasury and Pension, Basti Region, Basti" as respondent no. 4 during the course of the day. 3. Pursuant to order dated 17.02.20215, personal affidavits of respondent nos. 1 & 2 filed today, which are taken on record. 4. Learned standing counsel pointed out that relief prayed by the petitioner has already been granted to him, therefore, petition may be dismissed as infructuous. 5. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that now vide letter dated 19.02.2025, respondent no. 4 has directed to issue authority letter. He next submitted that respondent no. 4 may be directed to issue revised pension authority letter at the earliest. 6. Under such facts of the case, writ petition is disposed of with direction to respondent no. 4 to issue revised pension authority letter, maximum within a period of four weeks from the date of production of certified copy of this order.
