learned counsel for the State.
2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Mahila P.S. Case No. 41 of 2025 registered for the offence under Sections 70, 351(2), 79, 3(5) of the BNS and under Section 66© and 67(A) of the I.T. Act.
3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner and others are said to have committed gang rape with the victim.
4. The petitioner is in custody since 1.5.2025. 5.Considering the seriousness of the allegations levelled against the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
6. Accordingly, this application is dismissed.
