In compliance of previous order both the parties who are the real brothers are present in Court. Learned counsel for the respondents placed before this Court, copy of compromise entered between the parties dated 27.08.2025. Copy of which was supplied in advance to the counsel for the revisionist. 4. Learned counsel for both the parties submits that the parties have settled their dispute in terms of the aforesaid compromise. 5. The present civil revision has been preferred by the revisionist/defendant against the order dated 25.07.2025 passed by learned District Judge Udham Singh Nagar in Misc. Case No. 01 of 2025 (arising out of SCC No. 16 of 2022) whereby the application under Section 5 of the Limitation Act along with the application under Order IX Rule 13 of C.P.C. was rejected. 6. The revision is also preferred against the order dated 04.08.2025 passed by the learned IInd Additional District Judge, Udham Singh Nagar in Execution Case No. 02 of 2024 arising out of ex-parte judgment dated 27.09.2023 and decree dated 04.10.2023 passed in SCC No. 16 of 2022. 7. Learned counsel for both the parties submits that the instant revision be disposed of in terms of the compromise entered in between the parties on 27.08.2025. Both the parties are also present in Court and they also submit that the present revision be disposed of in terms of 2025:UHC:8292 the said compromise. 8. In view of the submissions advanced by learned counsel for the parties; the present civil revision is disposed of in terms of the compromise entered in between the parties on 27.08.2025. 9.
