The impugned order dated 29.06.2024 has been recalled vide order dated 23.04.2025 by the Nagar Ayukt, Nagar Nigam, Varanasi. This Court also notices that the sum of money recovered under the impugned order i.e. ₹61,800 has been refunded to the petitioner through the Treasury on 30.10.2024. The petitioner's increments have also been restored. 4. In this view of the matter, no further orders are required to be made on the petition. It is, accordingly, consigned to record.
