Grievance is that though respondent Bank had taken the premises of petitioner on rent but the premises are not being vacated, although the tenancy agreement has been cancelled. 2. The Bank herein is a private bank and in such circumstances, the dispute between the landlord and tenant would require determination before the competent civil court.
