Applicant- Vikas, who is the first informant, has approached this Court by means of present application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. with the following prayer:- "It is therefore, most respectfully prayed that this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to allow this application and direct the Court below to conclude the trial of S.1. No. 576 of 2019, Case Crime No. 202 of 2019, under sections 302,201.120B I.P.C. Police Station Ecotech-III, District Gautam Buddh Nagar, pending before 1, Additional District and Sessions Judge/Special Judge POCSO Act,-1, Gautam Buddh Nagar, expeditiously preferably within three months, and/or pass such other and further order as this Hon'ble court may deem just and proper under the circumstances of the present case. " 4. After some arguments, the learned counsel for applicant fairly submits present application be dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file fresh with better particulars and details. 5. Learned A.G.A. for State-opposite party-1 has no objection to the prayer made by the learned counsel for applicant. 6. In view of above, this application is, accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty aforesaid.
