Likewise, he has to pay the balance amount on or before 31.03.2024 in three installments. 2. It is the submission of the Decree Holder/petitioner herein that as per the execution https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis petition the entire debt amount as per the decree is Rs.8,21,312/- whereas they have received only a sum of Rs.6,00,000/- from the Judgment Debtor/Respondent herein and there is a balance of Rs. 2,21,312/-. Hence, they have come up with this petition. 3.When the matter is taken up for hearing the learned counsel appearing for the Judgment Debtor/Respondent herein made a submission that they are ready and willing to pay the amount fixed by this Court. 4.In view of the above this Court directs the Judgment Debtor/Respondent herein to pay a sum of Rs.1,45,000/- to the petitioner/ Decree Holder on or before June 20,2025.
