HON'BLE KUNAL RAVI SINGH, J.
1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel appearing for the State-respondents.
2. The instant writ petition has been preferred praying inter alia for the following relief:
"To issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of certiorari quashing the impugned notice dated 19.07.2025 and 03.09.2025 passed by the office of respondent nos.2 and 3 respectively bearing letter no.1005/APD-16/187 and 1293/APD-16/228."
3. At the outset, an objection has been raised by learned counsel for the contesting respondents that the proceedings are yet to be culminated to its logical end, as such the instant writ petition, at this stage, may not be entertained.
4. Considering the factual aspect of the issue, without adverting on merits of the case, the present petition stands disposed of with the liberty that in case, the petitioner files a detailed objection before the concerned Authority within a period of two weeks from today, we expect that the proceeding shall be finalized in accordance with law but certainly after giving ample opportunity to the petitioner.
