BEFORE HONOURABLE MRS. JUSTICE MALASRI NANDI ORDER Date : 27.05.2025 Heard Mr. A. Kakati, learned counsel for the applicant and also heard Mr. A.R. Agarwala, learned counsel for the respondents/caveator. A joint compromise application has been filed by the appellant and the respondent No.1. The learned counsel for the claimants submits that the compromise amount is not agreed with the amount as fixed by the insurance company. As such he has prayed that the prayer of the applicant may kindly be rejected. It appears from the record that an affidavit has been annexed by the claimant No.1, wherein it reflects that she has agreed with the amount as fixed by the appellant at Rs. 8,50,000/- out of the awarded amount. However, she is not physically present today. Considering the submission made by the learned counsel for the
