The instant writ petition has been filed for following relief: " Issue a order or direction to direct the learned Court below to decide the application (6-C) under Order 39 Rule 1 of C.P.C. dated 29.03.2023 (Annexure No.3 to this writ petition) filed in Original Suit No. 77 of 2023 (Shiv Kumar Singh Vs. Sunil Singh and others) pending before the court of learned Gram Nyayalay Jakhaniya, Ghazipur within stipulated period as specified by this Hon'ble Court." 3. Contention of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that an application for interim injunction (6C Application) is pending since 2023 and the same has not been decided despite several dates have been fixed. He prayed that the same may be decided, expeditiously. 4. In view of above, no useful purpose would be served in keeping this petition pending. 5.
