By the present writ petition , the petitioner is seeking a limited direction towards the respondents particularly respondent no. 3 & 7 before whom a representation dated 13.01.2025 is pending pursuance to the order by this Court in writ petition WPC No. 1449/2013 dated 17.10.2024. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that by the order dated 17.10.2024 in WPC No. 1449/2013, this Court has quashed the order of recovery amounting to Rs. 2,07,450/- from the petitioner 3 who was the Chief Managing Trustee of Gayatri Parivar Trust Batauli. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that pursuance to the said order the petitioner submitted a representation for refund of the amount recovered by the respondents on 13.01.2025 which is still pending before the respondent authority, though in spite of the order of High Court by which High Court has quashed the recovery order but still the amount which has already been recovered is not being refunded to the petitioner. 3. Learned counsel for the State would submit that if the application/representation dated 13.01.2025 is pending before the respondent no. 3 & 7, the same shall be considered in accordance with law and the order passed in WPC No. 1449/2013 by the High Court within a stipulated period. 4. In view of the above submission, as the petitioner has submitted a representation seeking refund of the amount recovered by the respondent, the respondent no. 3 & 7 are directed to consider the application of the petitioner in accordance with law and the order passed by the High Court in WPC No. 1449/2013 within a period of 45 days from the receipt of the order of this court.
