After substantial argument once we declined to review the order dated 10.12.2021 then learned counsel for the petitioner states that the order dated 10.12.2021 may be recalled and the writ petition may be dismissed as not pressed. 4. Accordingly, the order dated 10.12.2021 is recalled and the instant writ petition stands dismissed as not pressed. 5. Accordingly, the review application is also disposed of.
