This writ petition has been filed with the following prayer; "Kindly, issue an order or direction, directing the learned Additional District Judge, Room No. 22 at Prayagraj to decide SCC Case No. 30 of 2024 (Reshadul Islam Vs. Mohd Hasan Masood Khan), which is presently proceeding ex parte, within a period of three months or within such shortest possible time-frame as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper under the facts and circumstances of the case." 2. It is contended that SCC Case No. 30 of 2024 has been filed by petitioner, which is pending consideration before the Additional District Judge, Court No. 22 at Prayagraj. The sole prayer made in writ petition for expeditious disposal of the said case. 3. As no useful purpose would be served in keeping the matter pending or issuing notice to the private respondent, the writ petition is being disposed of, at the admission stage, without calling for counter affidavit, with a direction upon the Additional District Judge, Court No. 22 at Prayagraj to decide the SCC Case No. 30 of 2024 (Reshadul Islam Vs. Mohd Hasan Masood Khan), in accordance with law, preferably within a period of six months from the date of production of certified copy of this order. 4. With the aforesaid direction, present writ petition stands disposed of.
