Heard Sri R.K.Ojha, learned Senior Counsel assisted by Sri Shivendu Ojha, learned counsel for the petitioners and Sri R.P.Tiwari, learned Standing Counsel. 2. I find merit in the argument of learned Senior Counsel that impugned order has not assigned any reason for not granting approval to the appointment of petitioners, except that there is a ban, without disclosing any details thereof. 3. Learned Standing Counsel submits that fresh order will be passed within a period of four weeks from today and in case there is any legal impediment, same shall be communicated to the petitioners. 4. In the aforesaid circumstances, impugned order dated 13.6.2025 is set- aside and this writ petition is disposed of with above liberty to the respondents.
