This is an application under Section 528 of BNSS, 2023 in respect of Special (POCSO) Case No. 128/2024 pending in the court of the learned Addln. Session Judge-cum-Special Judge (POCSO), Barpeta. 3. The petitioner has been shown as an absconder in the charge sheet. Therefore, he apprehends that if the appears before the trial court, he will be remanded to custody. 4. I have considered the submissions made by the learned counsels of both sides. 5. Since the petitioner is interested in facing the trial, he deserves to be given one opportunity to that effect. 6. For the ends of justice, it is hereby directed that the petitioner shall appear before the court of the learned Addln. Session Judge-cum-Special Judge (POCSO), Barpeta in respect of Special (POCSO) Case No. 128/2024 within 10 days from today. On his appearance before the trial court, the petitioner Sanidul Ali @ Sanidul shall be released on bail of ₹25,000/- with a surety of like amount to the satisfaction of the learned Special Judge (POCSO), Barpeta.
