Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in the present case, the petitioner had prayed for grant of concession of anticipatory bail to her in case FIR No.10, dated 28.03.2023, under Sections 15/81/21/22/29 of NDPS Act, Police Station SSOC, Fazilka. 2. Learned counsel further submits that later on, petitioner was arrested and she has been granted the concession of regular bail by the Trial Court. Thus, the present petition has been rendered infructuous. 3. On the other hand learned State counsel submits that in the present case, the prosecution has relied upon 133 witnesses and only 15 witnesses have been examined so far. He has further assured the Court that a senior Public Prosecutor shall be appointed to persue the case before the Trial Court. 4. In view of the above, no further orders are required and the petiiton is accordingly, disposed of.
