The present petition has been filed by the petitioner with the prayer to direct the respondent no.1 to decide Adjudication Case No.08 of 2016 (Vijendra Singh vs. M/s Presidium Educational Private Limited). 2. It is contended that petitioner has filed aforementioned case before respondent no.1 under the Industrial Disputes Act, 1947, which is pending since 2016. Grievance is that a period of nearly 9 years has expired, but no decision has been taken so far. 3. Considering the order proposed to be passed, notices need not be issued to respondents and this writ petition is being disposed of at this stage itself. 4. In the aforesaid facts and circumstances, this writ petition stands disposed of with a direction upon the respondent no.1 to decide petitioner's pending aforementioned case, by passing appropriate order, in accordance with law, within a period of four months from the date of presentation of a certified copy of this order. 5. It is, however, clarified that this Court has not expressed any opinion on merits of the case and all issues are left open to be examined by the authority concerned, at the first instance.
