It is the case of the petitioner that objections were filed belatedly regarding redetermination of strength of teaching staff. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioner refers paragraphs 11 to 13 of writ petition that there may be delay in filing the objections, but the same may still be considered in accordance with law. 5. Learned counsel for the respondents has no objection for redetermination of strength of teaching staff, if legally permissible. 6. In the aforesaid circumstances, at this stage this writ petition is disposed of with a direction that petitioner's objections be considered strictly in accordance with law and aspect of delay in submitting the objection may also be taken note of and reasoned decision may also be communicated to the petitioner within a short period.
