By means of the present criminal writ petition, petitioner has sought for the following reliefs: “a. To Pass a positive Writ Direction on the ground requested So, that any Prisoner will not suffer in future at this type of event of sorrow. b. To Pass any Writ Direction on calling objections from prosecution on the matter of respondent in the matter not related to charges lied upon in the case.” 4. Having gone through the present criminal writ petition and relief claimed, this Court is of the view that such reliefs cannot be granted in a criminal writ petition. 5. Accordingly, the present criminal writ petition is dismissed. However, a liberty is given to the petitioner to raise his grievances by filing appropriate writ petition. 6.
