Sahi, learned counsel for the respondent nos.5 and 6 and Sri Rahul Jain, learned counsel for the respondent no.4. 2. Earlier the petitioner had filed Writ-C No. 19811 of 2024 seeking certain information from the Lucknow University, Lucknow. The Division Bench of this Court directed the petitioner to avail the remedy of second appeal under the Right to Information Act, 2005. It was also directed by the Division Bench in its order dated 26.7.2024 that in case petitioner files a second appeal before the State Information Commission, Lucknow through proper format as per the Right to Information Act, 2005, the same shall be decided by the Commission, expeditiously. 3. The petitioner has brought on record the letter dated 30.9.2024 sent by Uttar Pradesh Information Commission, Lucknow returning his memo of second appeal to be filed online on the website shown in the said letter. There is nothing on record to show that the second appeal of the petitioner has been registered online on the given website in the letter dated 30.9.2024. 4. Considering the facts and circumstances, noted above, no direction can be issued for deciding the second appeal allegedly filed by the petitioner before the State Information Commission, Lucknow.
