Present petition has been filed seeking a direction to respondent no.2/Tehsildar, Tehsil Muhammadabad Gohna, District Mau to decide Case No.02323 of 2020 (Computerized Case No.T202015510402323, Report Vs. Ramanand), under Section 67 of the UP Revenue Code, 2006, expeditiously and within a stipulated time period. The petitioner has stated himself to be one of the complainants at whose behest the proceedings are said to have been initiated. Counsel for the petitioner has referred to the order sheet of the case, a copy whereof has been annexed with the writ petition to submit that despite several dates having being fixed for hearing, the matter is being adjourned for some reason or the other. Accordingly, a prayer for expediting the proceeding is made. Having regard to the aforementioned facts and circumstances and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, the present petition is disposed of with an observation that the court concerned would make an endeavor to decide the aforesaid case in accordance with law, expeditiously preferably within a period of three months from the date of production of certified copy of the instant order, provided there is no other legal impediment.
