For commanding directing the respondents to remove the encroachment of the public pond/water body, together with the adjoining ahar, paien, etc., by the local residents, situated in Mauje- Paharpur, Revenue Thana No.- 543, Khata No. 32, Plot (Khesara) No.- 107 & 109, Plot (Khesara) No.- 19, 20, 59, 110 & 345, in Patna High Court CWJC No.1123 of 2025(5) dt.19-11-2025 2/2 Block & Circle- Chenari, District- Rohtas as per the Cadastral/Revisional Survey Record. ii. For directing the District Magistrate, Rohtas, to personally look into and monitor the matter and take all steps to make the water bodies encroachment free. iii. For directing the Superintendent of Police, Rohtas, to make provide adequate police force as and when requisitioned by the Circle Officer, Chenari, Rohtas, for removal of the encroachment of the water-bodies. iv. For directing the respondents to formulate effective mechanism so that the water bodies are not again encroached upon by unscrupulous people, once made encroachment free. v. For issuance of any other appropriate writ/s, order/s or direction/s as the Hon’ble Court may deem fit and necessary in the facts and circumstances of the case. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the grievances raised in the writ application have already been redressed and, therefore, no further adjudication is required. 3. In view of the aforesaid submission, no further order is required to be passed in the present writ application. 4. Accordingly, the present writ application stands disposed of. 5.
