Respondent No. 1 is proceeded against ex parte vide order dated 15.10.2024 before the Additional Registrar (Judicial). Ms.Nisha Nalot, Advocate, vice Mr.Ishan Sharma, Advocate, for respondent No. 3. CMP No. 13321 of 2025 in CMP (M) No. 613 of 2024 This application has been filed for deletion of respondent No. 2 on the ground that said person is not traceable and further that award proposed to be assailed in present appeal has already been assailed by the Insurance Company by filing FAO No. 101 of 2024, wherein application for deletion of name of Yuvraj respondent No. 2 in present appeal, has been allowed by the Court, being not necessary party.
Learned counsel for the Insurance Company has endorsed the aforesaid submission. In view of above, name of Yuvraj respondent No. 2 is ordered to be deleted from the array of parties. The application stands disposed of.
CMP (M) No. 613 of 2024 This application has been filed for condonation of 49 days delay in filing the appeal.
