HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE AT ALLAHABAD WRIT - A No. - 15090 of 2025 Court No. - 32 HON'BLE SAURABH SHYAM SHAMSHERY, J. 1. Heard Sri Akhilesh Kumar, learned counsel for petitioners and Sri Awadhesh Mishra, learned Standing Counsel for State. 2. In present matter, it is not disputed that financial approval of appointment of petitioners was granted on 13.06.2001 and admittedly, thereafter, petitioners are getting salary from State Exchequer, therefore, responsibility to pay salary from 20.04.1999 (date of appointment) to 12.06.2001 (prior to approval) cannot be imposed on State Exchequer and for that petitioners have to raise their respective claim, if any, with concerned Committee of Management of School. 3. Learned counsel for petitioner submits that in aforesaid circumstances, this writ petition may be disposed of reserving a liberty to petitioners to raise their grievance before concerned Committee of Management. 4. Learned Standing Counsel has no objection if such prayer is considered. 5. In view of above, this writ petition is disposed of with an observation that in case petitioners have grievance of their salary for above referred period, they have a liberty to approach concerned Committee of Management to place their claim.
