Present application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed for quashing the impugned order dated 25.11.2021 passed by the Judicial Officer, Village Court, Tundla, Firozabad in Case No. 93 of 2020, under Sections 17, 18, 19, 20, 21, 22, 23 of Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act, Police Station- Nagla Sindhi, District- Firozabad as well as the order dated 01.04.224 passed by Additional District and Sessions Judge, Court No.9, Firozabad in Criminal Appeal No.118 of 2022. 3. Learned AGA has raised a preliminary objection that the applicant has challenged the order passed under Section 29 of the Domestic Violence Act and as per the judgment of Full Bench in the case of Dinesh Kumar Yadav vs. State of U.P. and another in Criminal Revision No.582 of 2016 decided on 02.08.16, revision lies against the order passed under Section 29 of the Domestic Violence Act. 4. At this stage, learned counsel for the applicant submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the present application with liberty to avail the remedy under the law. 5. In view of above, the present application is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty. 6.
