JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 2 04-02-2025 Heard learned counsel for the parties. 2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for offence under Section 7 of the E.C.Act. 3 . Petitioner is alleged to be owner of the pick-up van, on which, 72 sacks of Urea Fertilizers was found loaded. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is neither a P.D.S. dealer nor he has any concern with the seized fertilizers. Petitioner, being owner of the alleged vehicle, has been made accused in this case only on suspicion . Petitioner has no criminal antecedent. 5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition. 6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioner, in the event of arrest/surrender Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.4968 of 2025(2) dt.04-02-2025 2/2 within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M., Araria in connection with Fulkaha P.S.
