Karri kalyan Durga Prasad SC FOR TUDA The Court made the following: 3 ORDER:- The petitioner is aggrieved by the action of the 4th respondent in issuing the impugned proceedings dated 19.02.2025, whereby the 4th respondent has called upon the petitioner to explain, within a period of seven (07) days, why the unauthorized construction should not be removed by the 4th respondent. 2. It is submitted that the said notice is vague and does not specify the extent of the alleged deviation complained of by the petitioner. It is also submitted that thereafter, the 4th respondent directed the petitioner not to take up any further construction, and it has been almost six (06) months, and the petitioner is unable to proceed further with the construction. 3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner shall construct strictly in accordance with the sanctioned plan, and as long as the petitioner’s construction complies with the sanctioned plan, there shall be no interference from the respondents. 4. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed off. There shall be no order as to costs.
