AMARNATH GOUD ORDER 17.07.2025 [1] Heard learned counsel for the respective parties. [2] This present petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking the following reliefs:- “Issue rule or a command in the form of Mandamus to the respondents to pay the compensation money immediately with interest till date of payment for illegally withholding it. ii. Cost of litigation. iii. Pass any other order as may be deemed necessary for ends of justice.” [3] After perusal of the record, it has been seen that the petitioners herein have submitted a legal notice dated 17.10.2024 addressed to the concerned respondent through their engaged counsel ventilating their grievances, but till date, the petitioners have not got any fruitful response from them. [4] In view of the same, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this present writ petition is disposed of directing the concerned respondent(s) to take a decision in light of the legal notice dated 17.10.2024 filed by the petitioners within 01(One) month from the date of receipt of the copy of this order in accordance with law. With the above observation and direction, this present writ petition stands disposed of. As a sequel, miscellaneous application(s), pending if any, shall stand closed.
