Heard learned counsel for the applicants and learned AGA for the State. 2. This application has been filed by applicants for quashing the entire proceedings of Complaint Case No.28 of 2023 (Gulfasa Vs. Rashid & others) under Sections 12, 17, 18, 19, 20, 22, 23 of the Domestic Violence Act, Police Station-Teela Mod, District-Ghaziabad. 3. It is submitted by learned counsel for applicants that proceedings under the Domestic Violence Act are under challenge. 4. On a query being made to learned counsel for applicants as to any order has been passed under Section 12 of Domestic Violence Act, learned counsel for applicants fairly submits that till date no order has been passed. 5. Mere filing of application under Section 12 of Domestic Violence Act and mere issuing of notice would not amount the cause of action. It is always open for the applicants to file their objection before the court concerned in the proceedings under Section 12 of Domestic Violence Act.
