Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned A.G.A for the State. 2. The present application has been filed by applicant to direct the court below to decide the Complaint Case No. 56 of 2022 (Smt. Somna Versus Gaurav Tomar and others) under Sections 17, 18, 19, 20, 21, 22 of the Domestic Violence Act, Police Station Samthar, District Jhansi pending before the Court of Judicial Magistrate, Moth, District Jhansi expeditiously within a stipulated period fixed by this Hon'ble Court. 3. It is submitted by learned counsel for applicant that proceeding under the Domestic Violence Act is pending since 25.4.2022 and till date, no final order has been passed. 4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, it is hereby directed that the court below shall decide the Complaint Case No. 56 of 2022 (Smt. Somna Versus Gaurav Tomar and others) under Sections 17, 18, 19, 20, 21, 22 of the Domestic Violence Act, Police Station Samthar, District Jhansi filed by the applicant in accordance with law, preferably within a period of three months from the date of production of a certified copy of the order. 5.
