The present petition has been filed for the following reliefs:- (i) Commanding the respondents to remove the constructions illegally and unauthorisedly made by them and particularly by Patna High Court CWJC No.1729 of 2025(2) dt.10-02-2025 2/3 respondent no. 5 to 8 over part of the raiyati land of the petitioner bearing R.S. plot no. 983 measuring 14 kattha under khata 375 situate in village Sareyan Tarwara, Anchal and P.S. Pachrukhi, District-Siwan (jamabandi standing in the name of petitioner and her mother). (ii) Command the respondents to restore the land to its original position and restore possession of the petitioners over this portion of land. (iii) Command the respondents not to obstruct /interfere with the petitioners in their peaceful enjoyment and possession of her raiyati land bearing plot no. 983 aforesaid. (iv) Award compensation of Rs. 2 lacs or as this Hon'ble Court deems proper for the illegal, unauthorized and high handed action of the respondents over the raiyati land of the petitioner. (v) Grant any other relief deemed fit and proper. 3. The Collector, Siwan is directed to dispose of the representation of the petitioner as early as possible preferably Patna High Court CWJC No.1729 of 2025(2) dt.10-02-2025 3/3 within a period of three months in accordance with law. 4.
